Greetings..
GSW recently received a NEUTRAL feedback on a 40.00 "dollar" westclock pocket watch. The Ebay Patron stated that he/she was not IMPRESSED, that the item was shipped fast BUT that a BAD ODOR emitted from the shipping box..
I will get to that in a moment...
GoldSmithWorks works extremely hard to make sure that you are happy with your investments with GSW. If at any time you are not happy, just let us know. We offer warranties on all product unless specifically stated otherwise. We also offer full refund if within 7 days if the item was not as described. And further, you can send back your purchase for credit! In other words, we stand behind EVERYTHING.
Now, to that NEUTRAL FEEDBACK:
a) the watch was a **WESTCLOX POCKETWATCH that originally
sold for 1.00 to 2.95 from 1896 through 1930- not many survived let alone run today
b) *WESTCLOX POCKETWATCH'S HAVE ONE TO NO JEWEL INEXPENSIVE BRASS/BASE METAL
MOVEMENTS
c) It was a 40.00 buy, yet we serviced the watch and sold it RUNNING with a 125.00 GSW ONE
YEAR WARRANTY
d) The pictures were 600 X 450 hi-res photos.
e) The ODOR that he/she stated was BAD was the 160.00 per 16oz wonderful PATCHOULI
FRAGRANCE OIL we atomize in our studio/gallery.
f) And last but not least, the ebay Patron never called, wrote or stated that he/she had
any problems
PLEASE.
We simply work too hard 4 U to not be afforded the courtesy of a phone call or email
stating that you have a problem with anything we send ! We have maintained a 100% HIGH
feedback RATING BECAUSE WE ONLY OFFER THE BEST PRODUCTS AT THE BEST PRICES AND
STAND BEHIND WHAT WE SELL. IF YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH ANY PRODUCT OFFERED, CONTACT US
